教案背景:
當今社會人們保護動物的意識還很弱,尤其是對于現(xiàn)在的孩子來說,對此僅有耳聞,不是特別了解,所以外研版八年級上冊就在第九模塊重點介紹了瀕危動物,借此增強孩子們的環(huán)保意識,并倡導積極有效地保護瀕危動物。

教材分析:
本模塊主要是圍繞動物及相關的社會內(nèi)容結合動物的現(xiàn)狀展開的學習,在第一單元的動物園旅行后,學生對于動物的現(xiàn)狀已有所了解,在此基礎上,第二單元重點學習我們的國寶――熊貓以及對熊貓的保護工作。
教學方法:
先復習第一單元所學的內(nèi)容,然后進入第二單元的學習,再通過多種聯(lián)系來鞏固本單元所學的'知識。
教學目標:
1、知識與技能:掌握本模塊中關于瀕危動物的詞匯;掌握動詞不定式做主語、定語、狀語、表語及其否定形式;能聽懂談論動物的對話,獲取其中的主要信息;能夠談論瀕危動物的情況和動物保護;能夠讀懂有關瀕危動物現(xiàn)狀的文章,明白文章的主旨大意;能夠模仿課文的寫作形式,學會簡單敘述瀕危動物的情況。

本課時首先要求學生掌握的基本知識是單詞和短語。因為是初二的學生,本片教學設計由簡到繁,又易以此拓展學生的知識面,形成由初級任務到高級任務并由高級任務
涵蓋初級任務的循環(huán)。在語言技能方面,是先輸入后輸出,遵循了先聽、讀、后說、寫的設計順序,使教學階梯式地層層遞進。體現(xiàn)了任務的階梯型任務鏈原則。使學生置身于自然、真實的語言環(huán)境中,進行大膽、合理的想象,創(chuàng)造性地使用課文中學到的有關語言知識和技能。
本節(jié)課充分利用班班通,創(chuàng)造性的安排教學,較為成功的完成教學目標,課堂氣氛活躍,學生們在輕松的環(huán)境下學到了知識。教師和學生達到了真正的互動,氣氛融洽。在分析課文時,比較多地的提問學生,讓他們充當主角來分析問題和解決問題,我只是給予了啟發(fā)和指導。

教學內(nèi)容為新目標英語八年級上冊第五單元section a 。學習內(nèi)容主要體現(xiàn)在以下三點:

1、荷葉中學84班學生英語學習興趣不是很高,兩極分化比較嚴重。
2、學生以前已經(jīng)學過情態(tài)動詞can的用法,但掌握的不是很好,通過對本課的學習可以鞏固所學知識,掌握用正確的語言結構表達邀請和拒絕。

(我把學生分為3人一組:(一個基礎好的,一個中等的和一個基礎薄弱的)進行小組競賽活動,每個小組發(fā)一次言就得一分,期末積分最高的前4組有獎勵。這一部分是單詞教學部分,主要照顧基礎差的`學生。每一組推薦的是基礎較薄弱的一位同學來讀所有單詞,從而保證大部分同學掌握。最后通過全班同學閉眼游戲來鞏固。(這一部分的小組活動在實際運用中效果還算可以,大部分學生都理解和掌握了單詞。)
