　　一、英文簡歷的種類

　　1、中式英文簡歷

　　中式簡歷中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡歷一起遞交，建議中文簡歷中不寫政治面貌。因為如果去外企工作，背景中的政治色彩越少越好，起碼沒有必要讓老外知道。性格是主觀的東西，有經(jīng)驗的招聘人員從來不相信任何人寫自己的性格，因為它不是硬性的東西，不象學(xué)歷、技能。有些人如果認(rèn)為公司要招聘一個比較活躍一點的，便會在簡歷中寫性格開朗。有的是真的相信自己性格開朗，有的是覺得寫上更好，其實沒必要。

　　2、港式英文簡歷

　　香港出版的簡歷書寫技巧書籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫上工資現(xiàn)狀及預(yù)期工資，這些都屬于隱私問題，美式簡歷則不要求提供這些信息。

　　3、英式英文簡歷

　　二、簡歷要領(lǐng)

　　1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡歷？

　　好簡歷當(dāng)然會被保留，如果背景又恰好是公司急需的，可能馬上就會約見求職者，不好的簡歷就會被扔掉，事實上，不好的簡歷就會被扔掉，事實上，連看都不看，任何一個知名的大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡歷。如果寫得太差，根本就不值得保留，因為這些公司認(rèn)為，一個人連自己的簡歷都寫不好，將來進(jìn)了公司，對行文質(zhì)量不夠；對內(nèi)說件事情也不清楚，公司不需要這樣的人，大家經(jīng)常說大公司的人訓(xùn)練有素，實際上這也是其中一方面，即使不進(jìn)大公司，簡歷寫得不好，也會顯得不懂基本格式，沒有智慧。

　　第二，說明你對行文格式，專業(yè)寫作形象還不熟悉。美國很多職位很高的大老板，在看下屬寫東西時，一點點小錯，哪怕只是換了一種字體，漏了一個逗號，多了一個空格都能及時指出來。說明他們眼很尖速度很快。另外，寫的內(nèi)容千萬不要多，而且要控制在一頁紙內(nèi)。
