　　1、"To speak for your ears, I have overcome fears, To silence your groans, My skills I have honed." Start with a poem or a rhyme. Pick a poem that is short, lively, and related to your theme or your message.

　　2、Start your speech with a song. Ideally, you want to sing on key. But if you cannot hold a tune, think of it as a great start to a humorous speech!

　　3、Use an audio entrance. Pre-record the first lines of your speech to set the tone. Take care, though, that your recording sounds professional and not tinny, otherwise you will get a negative effect.

　　4、Blow up a balloon. Or do something equally unexpected. Catch the audience off guard. Make sure nobody is drinking hot liquid when you do this.

　　5、Perform a magic trick. There are many easy magic tricks you can find online. Take the audience by surprise and make it entertaining from the start.

The introduction sets the tone for your speech, while the conclusion determines how the audience will feel when they leave. 　　應當怎樣做好演講的開頭呢?

　　一、開頭要為聽眾解釋關鍵術語。如果演講的成功與否取決于聽眾能否理解演講中的某些術語或概念，那么在演講開頭時對關鍵術語加以解釋就顯得格外重要了。

　　二、開頭要能激發(fā)出聽眾的興趣。從本質上說，聽眾是很自私的，他們只是在感到能從演講中有所收獲時才專心去聽演講。演講的開頭應當回答聽眾心中的“我為什么要聽?”這一問題。

　　三、開頭要為聽眾說明演講目的。在大多數(shù)情況下，演講的開頭應揭示出演講的目的。如果做不到這一點，那么聽眾要么會對演講失去興趣，要么會誤解演講的目的，或者甚至于會懷疑演講者的動機。

　　四、開頭要能吸引聽眾的注意。演講開頭成敗的關鍵在于能否吸引并集中聽眾的注意力。演講時獲取聽眾注意力的方式隨題材、聽眾和場景的不同而改變，一般可以運用事例、軼聞、經(jīng)歷、反詰、引言、幽默等手段達此目的。

　　五、開頭要能爭取到聽眾的信任。有時候，聽眾可能會對演講者的動機發(fā)出疑問，或是與演講者持相反的觀點。在諸如此類的場合--特別是想改變聽眾的觀點或行為時--要使演講成功就需要建立或是提高聽眾對演講者的信任感。

　　六、開頭要為聽眾闡述演講結構。演講時，應當利用開頭部分對演講內容加以概述，讓聽眾了解演講的中心思想和結構。特別是當演講的主題很復雜，或是專業(yè)性較強，或是需要論證幾個觀點時，這樣做就能使演講顯得清楚而易于理解。

　　七、開頭要為聽眾提供背景知識。演講時，演講者被認為是專家或權威。因此，如果聽眾對演講的主題不熟悉或是知之甚少，那么很有必要在開頭部分對聽眾講述與主題有關的背景知識，它們不僅是聽眾理解演講所必需的，而且還可以體現(xiàn)出主題的重要性。

　　演講注意事項

　　1、開頭的第一句話聲音必定要響亮，吸引大家的注意力。有的.選手聲音很小或聲音很平，在開場時就已經(jīng)占了劣勢。

　　2、開場的前一分鐘很重要，在這一分鐘里要用你慷慨激昂的聲音和活潑豐富的內容吸引觀眾，否則觀眾失去了興趣，就會弄得最后沒聽懂你在說些什么，變成了自言自語。

　　3、人人都在講自己怎么樣在艱苦中尋求活力，人人都在講我驕傲，我驕傲，因為我是企業(yè)的一員，聽上去沒有新鮮感，自然也不會吸引人，而能標新立異，內容有創(chuàng)新，事例有**，才會脫穎而出。

　　4、語言要流暢，(必須對演講稿重復熟悉)，聲音要響亮，語氣激昂，抑揚頓挫，飽含情感地講述，保持放松的心態(tài)，以微笑面對觀眾，用適當?shù)氖謩荨Ｓ谜鎿春蜔崆榈男娜パ葜v，這些都是取得成功的不二法則。

　　5、多講些活潑感人的事例，有的選手去講營銷的理論知識，讓人聽得很枯燥，而一些選手是將營銷的方法融入到自己的實際工作中去，通過具體事例講自己如何在工作利用營銷方法取得了成功，這樣才會吸引觀眾。

　　6、煽情有時真的很重要，在挑釁主持人的節(jié)目里常常有些選手用煽情打動觀眾來拉票，人是情感動物，在被激動的同時自然也會偏向于此。有位選手講自己的孩子生病了，但自己忙于工作無暇照顧，說的很動情流淚，觀眾被打動了，評委也被打動了，結果她的分數(shù)就很高。

　　7、有的選手在上場時先是客套一番，感謝領導給這個機會，感謝領導的栽培。不知領導是否真的愛聽這些話，但我個人認為，這是演講比賽，不是說致酒辭，作為普通觀眾來說聽這些話感到很羅嗦，很虛偽，容易讓觀眾失去興趣，反倒是開門見山，介紹完自己和標題后便進入主題的演講更吸引人。
